Susie Harrison Owner/Broker

I sold my first house in 1979. Eighteen years later, in 1997 I bought a Southgate Prudential Real Estate franchise, then moved the main office to Grosse Ile in 2000. We subsequently set up branch offices in Allen Park and Corktown. I worked on DRAR committees in for many years, culminating as President in 1997.

My husband, Rob and I are empty nesters with only two cats in the house. The dogs we dearly loved went where 15 yr. old dogs go, and two of our grown children joined the business and our third is a professor at the Univ. of Illinois.

I like gardening, selling homes and crosswords.

Todd Harrison

I started my real estate career in 2001 working on advertising at the Grosse Ile office. Then I moved to our on-site office at Waters Edge Condominiums in Gibraltar. I also handle Yahoo nighttime requests for information and showings.

I live in one of the Waters Edge Condos with my associate, Steve, who assists me in the detail work. In addition to selling houses, I like vintage cars, cooking and people.

Jennifer Humphriss

I am a full time Realtor with Prudential Landmark Properties since 2002. I’ve always been a resident of the Down River Area and am now living in Lincoln Park with my husband Andy and our three children, Jimmy, Justin and Jodi. After obtaining my Real Estate license through the state of Michigan I quickly realized to best serve my clients and to stand out among the thousands of other Realtors, I would need to work on constantly expanding my real estate knowledge and techniques. I’ve since successfully completed several real estate advancement courses and received numerous Certificates of Recognition from my company.

In 2003 Ann Loewe and I decided to form a Team to better service our clients. In 2006 Jean Knapp joined as our 3rd partner. Jean Knapp

I have been a full time Real Estate Agent with Prudential Landmark Properties for over 10 years. My family and I moved from Connecticut in 1997, and I currently am a resident of Grosse Ile. I have three sons, my oldest, John is a U S Marine and currently serving in Iraq. My middle son, Ryan works and is a part time college student; my youngest son, Devin is a high school student and an avid bowler.

I have received several certificates of recognition from Prudential Real Estate. They include Realtor of the Year, Top Listing Agent and Top Producer. In 2006, I partnered up with two other top agents within our company, Jennifer Humphriss and Ann Loewe. And, as a team, I feel we have been able to serve our clients proficiently and effectively. Ann Lowe

I have been a full time realtor with Prudential Landmark Properties since 2003. I grew up in Southgate, the 7th of 10 children. I attended St. Pius grade school and graduated from Schafer High School in 1976. I then moved to California where I attended college and earned an Associates degree in Liberal Arts. I have also lived in Hawaii and New York. I returned to Michigan in 1990 and now reside in Brownstown with my Husband Gerald. I have two grown children, Joshua and Danielle. I am a family oriented person and love working with people. My dream of selling real estate has been a rewarding experience. My partners are Jennifer Humphriss and Jean Knapp. We have individually had sales of over 2 million for the past three years and collectively sold 6.7 million in 2007. Melody Obourn 

After authoring a book, I started my real estate career in the Grosse Ile office in 2006.

My Granddaughter Veda (2) is now part of our immediate family and the apple of our eye.

In addition to selling houses, my husband and I have been improving our own Grosse Ile house with landscaping and additions.

Nicole Robinson

I started my real estate career with Prudential Landmark Properties in the Corktown office in 2006. I list and sell homes in the West Detroit, Corktown area. I am a REO specialist working with finance companies and buyers to reclaim and re-sell homes.

I am attending  Wayne State University studying to become a broacast journalist. In addition to selling houses, I enjoy writing and traveling.

Brian Collins

I started my real estate career in 2005 in the Corktown office. I am also a student, so selling real estate gives me the flexibility to attend Wayne State while making much needed money.

Lori Will

My real estate career started in 2001, with Prudential Landmark Properties on Grosse Ile and has grown to include all downriver communities. I have a B.S.  from Eastern Michigan University; and have been a $1,000,000+ producer for six years running.

Rob Harrison

I started my real estate career a year after I retired from Ford Motor Co. I restored the Grosse Ile office and now handle advertising, and bill paying and maintenance. I do not sell or list; I leave that up to Susie and her agents.

Jon Harrison

I started working part time for the company in 2006 doing outdoor maintenance on our property and our customer's properties. This year I added Internet support for Yahoo customers and weekly inventory inspections.
